Research Valley Partnership

At Avalanche Consulting, I worked with the Research Valley Partnership (now Greater Brazos Partnership) in Bryan-College Station, Texas, to develop a marketing campaign for their five-county region. Based on qualitative and quantitative research findings, we developed the “ImpactLife” ethos.

“ImpactLife” captured how the region, anchored by Texas A&M University and home to cutting-edge tech and life science innovations, prioritizes initiatives that bring both economic and social impact to the region and the world, impacting life for the greater good. The campaign focused on stories about individuals and ideas from Research Valley that changed lives, showcasing how the region grows the economy within a culture that cares and collaborates to positively impact the world with compassion, integrity and innovation.

Once the creative campaign was approved, I developed a brand guidebook that contained design guidelines, target audiences, sample ImpactLife storyboards and a detailed content strategy. I was also brought on retainer to develop content. I interviewed stakeholders and chronicled their stories, wrote an article series and repurposed content across blogs, PR and social media for the Partnership’s business and talent attraction campaign.
